Rising Tide Wellness works with individuals or groups to increase mobility, reduce pain and initiate wellness by addressing the root cause of pain or limitation.
After working in an office, sustaining injuries, and experiencing chronic illness; Shaunna Sutcliffe was practicing power yoga and having lots of pain. When she discovered Holistic Yoga Therapeutics and Primal Vinyasa, she finally began to heal. She created a unique style called “Yoga for Desk Bodies” from this work.
At Rising Tide, we believe yoga and movement is the key to living a vibrant, long lasting life. For the past decade, Shaunna has taught corporate movement, helped students recover from pain, illness, or injury with new ways of moving that repattern posture and mobility.
