Jana Barrett is a Fitness and Movement coach (and a keen surfer), and she helps women get their bodies surf ready by teaching them surf specific strengthening exercises. She also helps to prevent aches, pains and injuries by pre-rehabilitating the body with comprehensive mobility and flexibility movements, or rehabilitating injuries by strengthening and correcting movement patterns.
